On returning to England, they chose Cornwall over London – ‘it was closer to our lifestyle in Sydney’ – and Quinn worked in various restaurants before ending up as a trainer in Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen in Watergate Bay in 2009. ‘It was incredibly rewarding because every day I was teaching our trainees something new.
