This fine dining restaurant has superb views through floor-to-ceiling windows across the valley floor. There’s a daily lunch menu and a three or five course fixed price menus each night. The restaurant has an eco-friendly practice of guaranteeing the majority of ingredients come from within a 250-mile radius - not always easy in Wyoming. Booking recommended.
