With this ideology any person in the United States could be charged with a number of offenses at any time – considering the ridiculous amount of laws on the books. We could be incarcerated for anything. It would appear to me that the authorities were infringing upon his freedom of expression, no matter how disgusting that expression may seem to the rest of us. The fact of the matter remains that he did not physically harm anyone nor did he have, to my knowledge, any plans to do so. This entire situation from all points of view is cause to turn my stomach.
